Kids Planet Basford is seeking a Room Leader to lead and manage a dedicated room within the nursery, delivering high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and our values. You will support and guide the team, foster a positive, collaborative culture, and build strong relationships with children and families to support individual learning.

Must hold at least Level 3 UK early years qualification with extensive safeguarding knowledge; we offer a competitive salary, pension, enhanced holiday

What a Room Leader needs:
