Job summary

A nursery dedicated to delivering outstanding childcare is seeking a Nursery Room Leader. You will manage the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development are maintained and that every child thrives.

You’ll lead by example, mentor colleagues and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential, while safeguarding policies are followed.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Responsibilities
