Job summary

Zero2Five are delighted to be working with a leading UK nursery group to recruit an experienced Room Leader for a setting near Hemel Hempstead.

The role is permanent, full-time across 52 weeks with shifts between 7:30am and 6:30pm on a 4 or 5 day week. Salary is £33,150.20 to £36,836.80 per annum (pro rata). DBS check and Right to Work in the UK are required.

You will lead a team, plan engaging play-based learning and ensure high standards under EYFS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above full and relevant early years qualification
• At least 2 years recent experience working in an early years setting
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS
• Confident planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting childrenfs wellbeing
• A positive, collaborative leader who can support and inspire a team

About you
