Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting for a Room Leader in Hemel Hempstead. This permanent role is 36:40 hours per week, with shifts Mon–Fri between 7:30am and 6:30pm. Choose a 4- or 5-day week, with a salary of £33,150–£36,837 per annum (pro rata).

The ideal candidate holds Level 3 or higher in early years, has 2+ years in a nursery, and demonstrates strong EYFS knowledge, play-based planning, safeguarding, and leadership to support and inspire the team.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above full and relevant early years qualification.
• At least 2 years recent experience working in an early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS.
• Confident planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting childrens wellbeing.
• A positive, collaborative leader who can support and inspire a team.

About You

• Level 3 or above full and relevant early years qualification
