Job summary

Room Leader role at Nurse Seekers Ltd in Hemel Hempstead. This permanent position offers 36–40 hours per week across 52 weeks, with shifts Mon–Fri between 7:30am–6:30pm and a pro rata salary of £33,150.20–£36,836.80 per annum. A 4 or 5 day week option is available.

Ideal candidates hold Level 3+ Early Years qualifications, have at least 2 years’ experience, strong EYFS knowledge, and a commitment to safeguarding while planning engaging, play-based learning and leading a team.

About you

• Level 3 or above full and relevant early years qualification


• At least 2 years’ recent experience working in an early years setting


• Strong knowledge of the EYFS


• Confident planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning


• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s wellbeingA positive, collaborative leader who can support and inspire a team
