Busy Bees Guildford is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, drive the Bee Curious curriculum, and model best practice in care and learning. You will inspire your team to achieve high standards and ensure a cohesive educational approach across the centre.

You will lead curriculum planning, monitor progress, and maintain strong partnerships with families while upholding health and safety and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented workplace culture.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Busy Bees Guildford Fitzsimmons Place accommodates 124 children and features a longstanding team dedicated to providing the best start in life for every child. Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
