Busy Bees Salisbury York House is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and guide a team in delivering the Bee Curious curriculum with the highest standards of care and learning.

You will take on Key Person responsibilities, plan and monitor development, and maintain health and safety in a warm, inclusive environment that values families and ongoing professional growth.

Qualificações

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Supervisory experience in a nursery setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop a high-performing team through supportive leadership.
• Oversee development and wellbeing of children and communicate progress to parents.

Busy Bees Salisbury York House, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 46 children in a charming listed old townhouse building that offers a small, homely feel. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
