Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool Solihull Blythe is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms, ensuring educational strategies are integrated across the centre. This leadership role inspires teams to achieve high standards of care and learning.

You will join the UK's leading nursery group, with almost 400 nurseries, dedicated to giving every child the best start in life and a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting with supervisory experience preferred (Nursery Room Leader/Manager).
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and building positive relationships with families.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, communicating progress to parents.
• Take on the role of Key Person, supporting holistic development and personal care needs.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and the environment remains clean and secure.

Required Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience an advantage ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager or Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and creating positive relationships with families.
