Job summary

Little Elms Daycare Nursery Lee is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner (L2/L3) to join our full-time team. Based in our Lee location, you will provide high-quality care for children across daily routines and activities, adhering to EYFS standards.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year in a nursery setting, Level 2/3 in Early Years, and strong communication. Relocation or sponsorship is not provided; the role is full-time with a 40-hour week, four days available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Nursery Practitioner experience.
• Level 2/3 or above in Early Years childcare.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS and statutory framework.

We are currently for a skilled and experienced Nursery Practitioner to be based in our Lee Nursery. The nursery offers state-of-the-art facilities, combining bright and spacious indoor rooms along with fabulous outdoor areas. You can earn up to £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, qualifications, working Full time (40 hours per week) – 4 days a week. To be considered for the Nursery Practitioner role you must have:

• At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent
• Level 2/3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to use your own initiative
• Your passion to be shown in your day-to-day interaction with children
