Job summary

Little Elms Day care Nurseries in Bromley is seeking Nursery Bank Practitioners to cover shifts on a zero hours contract. The role offers an hourly rate of £12.21–£14.00 with benefits including childcare discounts, EAP access, and free uniform.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant Level 2+ in Early Years, has nursery experience, and shows passion for working with children aged 0–5. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EYFS and Statutory Framework requirements are met at all times.

• Ensure the nursery reflects the cultural diversity of all children.
• Follow Observation, Planning and Assessment Framework within Little Elms Group.
• Reflect on daily practice and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with parents.

Our Bromley nursery are looking for Nursery Assistants and Nursery Practitioners to work as bank staff covering shifts working on a zero hours contract.

The ideal candidate must have:

• A full & relevant Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery
