Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator at our Weston-super-Mare nursery. You will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children, delivering engaging activities within our Bee Curious curriculum.

The role focuses on creating a safe, stimulating environment, building strong family connections, and contributing to high-quality early years education across Busy Bees’ nurseries.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support children's growth.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.
