Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to support learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with the EYFS to support development across areas.
• Act as Key Person to monitor development and build strong family connections.
