Job summary

Busy Bees is recruiting an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within a Busy Bees nursery. You’ll contribute to a supportive, high-quality education environment and participate in our Bee Curious curriculum to foster curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Qualifications

Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, stimulating environment and arrange rooms to support growth and learning.
Lead educational activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Act as Key Person and build strong family connections.
