Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Educator to inspire and support the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in our Busy Bees nurseries across the UK. You will work within the EYFS framework, delivering engaging activities, and building strong relationships with families.

The role requires a Level 3 (or above) in Early Years Education and experience with children under 5. We offer a supportive environment, growth opportunities, and access to our Bee Curious

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Ability to plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms for learning.
• Lead Educational Activities to support children's physical, emotional, intellectual and social development per EYFS.
• Act as Key Person, oversee children's development and build strong family connections.
• Maintain excellent communication with parents and carers.
• Apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.
