Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within our nurseries. You’ll join a leading group that values high-quality early education and offers strong growth opportunities.

We provide flexible full- and part-time roles, including lunch cover 11:00-15:00, 20 hours per week, and a clear path for professional development through our Bee Curious curriculum group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication and excellent organisational skills with ability to apply child development knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms for growth and learning.
• Lead educational activities, plan and deliver sessions aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Act as Key Person, oversee development and build strong family connections.
