Job summary

Busy Bees is recruiting an Early Years Educator for a Weymouth nursery. You will play a leading role in fostering children's intellectual, social, and emotional development within the Busy Bees framework.

You'll join a company with a strong culture, offering growth opportunities, a Bee Curious curriculum, and community involvement through BBC Children in Need. Weymouth nursery operates year-round with staff parking and is Good by Ofsted.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Good communication, organisational skills, and knowledge of EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

About Our Nursery

Weymouth, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 59 children and is conveniently located on the Land Registry site. We operate year-round, open from 7 AM to 6 PM, providing a stable and flexible environment for families. Additionally, we offer free parking for staff, ensuring easy access to our nursery.
