Job summary

Busy Bees Kettering Queen of Hearts is inviting an Early Years Educator to support engaging, child-centred learning within an Ofsted Good nursery. You will contribute to the Bee Curious curriculum and provide high-quality care for children under five.

You will work in a supportive team, planning activities that develop physical, social and emotional skills, while building strong links with families. This role emphasises development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with ability to apply knowledge of EYFS to plan and deliver activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms for growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children’s development and build strong family connections.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
