Busy Bees in Milton Keynes Hospital is recruiting an Early Years Educator to support the development of children through the Bee Curious curriculum. You will work on site in a nurturing environment, delivering high-quality early years activities and building strong relationships with families.

The role focuses on fostering intellectual, social, and emotional growth, with opportunities for professional development and involvement in community initiatives within Busy Bees.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and early childhood education.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities in EYFS settings.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare rooms for learning.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with EYFS and developmental goals.
• Act as Key Person, monitoring children's development and communicating with families.

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
