Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is seeking a passionate Level 3 (or above) Early Years Educator to join our rural, one-level nursery team. You will help create a safe, stimulating environment and deliver EYFS-based activities for children under five.

As part of a small, friendly staff, you will build strong family connections, support children's development, and contribute to a caring, high-quality early years setting near convenient transport links.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and strong interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's development aligned with EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
