Job summary

Busy Bees Nursery in Rugby is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the development of children in our Ofsted-rated Outstanding setting. You will help deliver a safe, stimulating environment and contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum.

The role emphasizes EYFS planning, strong family partnerships, and commitment to high-quality care. Level 3+ in Early Years and experience with under-5s are preferred, with opportunities for professional development and career progression.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience working with children under 5.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to plan activities using EYFS.

Responsibilities

  • Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's development aligned with the EYFS.
  • Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

Required Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
