Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. in Gloucester is seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within the Busy Bees setting.

You will work within the Busy Bees Quedgeley nursery, contributing to a high-quality EYFS curriculum and a welcoming, inclusive environment that values growth for both children and staff.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS to support development.
• Key Person Role: oversee children's development and maintain strong family connections.
