Job summary

Busy Bees Leeds nursery is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's learning and holistic development within a caring, professional team.

You'll plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS, create a safe, stimulating environment, and build strong connections with families as a Key Person. Ongoing professional development and opportunities to progress are available within our respected nursery group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience with children under 5 and passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to plan and deliver EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the EYFS.
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
