Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Good communication, excellent organisational skills and ability to plan activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment and prepare materials for activities.
• Lead Educational Activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Act as Key Person to oversee each child’s development and family connections.

About our Nursery

Busy Bees Ashford Eureka Park, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 108 children and is a friendly nursery featuring six base rooms along with a dedicated sensory room. Each age group has its own garden, allowing children to enjoy daily free flow access to outdoor play. What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

What We’re Looking For
