Job summary

Montessori by Busy Bees Enfield is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to support young children's development in a nurturing Montessori environment. You will plan engaging activities, build warm relationships with children and families, and help children grow in confidence and independence.

You'll join a caring team at a nursery rated Good by Ofsted, with opportunities for professional development, a strong EYFS focus, and access to Busy Bees' family benefits as part of a nationwide

• Level 3+ EY qualification required.

What will you be doing?

As anEarly Years Educator, you’ll play an important role in creating positive experiences that support every area of a child’s development.

You’ll:

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families
• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences
• Follow children's interests and encourage their natural curiosity
• Support children's social, emotional and physical development
• Create an environment where children can explore, make choices and develop independence
• Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care
• Help children develop the confidence and skills they need as they prepare for school

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
