Job summary

Busy Bees Enfield is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to support children under five in a Good-rated Ofsted nursery. You’ll plan engaging activities, foster development and build strong relationships with families as part of the Bee Curious curriculum.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.

Your role

As an Early Years Educator, you'll play an important part in children's everyday experiences.

You'll plan and support engaging activities, follow children's interests and help them develop socially, emotionally and intellectually.

You'll build positive relationships with children and their families, support their individual development and make sure every child feels included, listened to and encouraged.

You might spend the morning creating something together, head outside to explore the garden, enjoy a story after lunch and finish the day celebrating a new milestone.

It's a role where the little moments really do matter.

Role Responsibilities

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

Required Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
