Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries, through Montessori by Busy Bees Enfield, is seeking an Early Years Educator. You will create engaging experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and support every child's development.

Role focuses on planning activities, following children's interests, and collaborating with colleagues to provide high-quality care. Level 3 EYFS qualification and passion for early years are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to plan and deliver activities.

What will you be doing?

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play an important role in creating positive experiences that support every area of a child’s development.

You’ll

• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families

• Follow children's interests and encourage their natural curiosity
• Support children's social, emotional and physical development
• Create an environment where children can explore, make choices and develop independence
• Work closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care
• Help children develop the confidence and skills they need as they prepare for school

What To Expect As a Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children’s growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
