  • Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining full compliance with EYFS requirements.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain outstanding standards of care and education.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery and contributing to continuous improvement.

Job description

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a high-quality Early Years setting in Wandswort H (SW15).

This is a full-time position within an Outstanding-rated nursery and is ideal for an Early Years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development. The nursery provides exceptional care for children aged 3 months to 5 years and offers excellent opportunities for professional development, career progression, and working within a supportive team.

You will be:
  • Delivering high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging and age-appropriate activities
  • Acting as a key person and building strong relationships with children and their families
  • Monitoring children's progress through observations, assessments, and next-step planning
  • Promoting safeguarding, health and safety, and maintaining full compliance with EYFS requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification and have previous experience working within an Early Years setting. Salary: Competitive salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
