Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool are proud to hold an Ofsted rating of Good. Located next to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, within walking distance from the University train station and bus stop. The nursery is accessible via M5 and close to Birmingham city centre, making for an easy commute. As a Nursery Practitioner, we offer a salary from £24,000 per annum (£12 per hour), plus:

What to expect as a Nursery Practitioner

• Ensure every child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
• And most importantly… have FUN!

*To apply for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse*
