Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Taunton is seeking Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our brand-new 110-place nursery in Monkton Heathfield this Winter. You will deliver high-quality early years practice within EYFS, building strong relationships with children and families.

We value passionate educators with Level 3+ in Early Years, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a love for helping children flourish in a nurturing environment. Comprehensive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills able to connect with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities keeping learning environments structured yet exciting.
• Deep understanding of child development applying your knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive.

Responsibilities

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
• Lead Engaging Educational Activities: Plan and deliver exciting experiences that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, all aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Be a Key Person in a Child's Journey: Take an active role in overseeing children's development, addressing care needs, and building strong, trusting family connections to support their learning both at nursery and at home.
