Busy Bees has opened a state-of-the-art setting in Aylesbury and we're looking for passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team!

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
• Proven experience working with children under 5
• Strong communication skills with children, parents and colleagues
• Excellent organisational abilities for structured yet exciting learning environments
• Deep understanding of child development and EYFS principles

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment with thoughtfully prepared materials
• Lead engaging educational activities aligned with EYFS to support physical, emotional, intellectual and social development
• Be a key person in a child’s journey, building strong relationships with families and supporting learning at nursery and home

Your Impact as a Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment – Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.


• Lead Engaging Educational Activities – Plan and deliver exciting experiences that support children’s physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, all aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.


• Be a Key Person in a Child’s Journey – Take an active role in overseeing children’s development, addressing care needs, and building strong, trusting family connections to support their learning both at nursery and at home.

What You’ll Bring to the Hive as a Nursery Practitioner

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education


• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine passion for early childhood education


• Strong communication skills—able to connect with children, parents, and colleagues


• Excellent organisational abilities—keeping learning environments structured yet exciting


• Deep understanding of child development—applying your knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive
