Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Whitstable is opening a brand-new two-storey nursery and is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join the team. You will help create a warm, learning-rich setting for up to 110 children, delivering EYFS-aligned activities and supporting children’s development from the start.

Qualifications

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children under 5 and a passion for early childhood education.
• Strong communication skills with children, parents and colleagues.
• Excellent organisational abilities to keep learning environments structured and engaging.
• Deep understanding of child development and activity planning in EYFS contexts.

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms.

Role Responsibilities: Your Impact As A Nursery Practitioner

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
