Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Hailsham is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to create a safe, stimulating environment and deliver EYFS-aligned activities for children under five.

You will lead engaging experiences, support physical, emotional and cognitive development, and build strong relationships with families to extend learning beyond nursery. Competitive hourly rate, progression opportunities, and extensive staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 (or higher) in Early Years Education and experience with under-5s.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Strong understanding of child development and EYFS principles.

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment – Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
