Job summary

Busy Bees Quedgeley in Gloucester is seeking an Early Years Educator to nurture the intellectual, social and emotional development of children within our Good Ofsted nursery.

You will support planning of activities, provide a safe, engaging learning space and build strong relationships with families as the Key Person. This role emphasises inclusive practice and ongoing observation to track progress.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
