Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is seeking an Early Years Educator to support children's intellectual, social, and emotional development within our Gloucester nursery. You will help deliver the Busy Bees Bee Curious curriculum and work as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
Experience working with children under five.
Empathy and understanding – every child is unique.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Take on Key Person role, fostering partnerships with children and families.
Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
