Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience with children under 5 is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
