Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nursery Manager for our Loudwater site. You will lead a vibrant team, bring Level 3 childcare qualifications and EYFS expertise, and drive high-quality learning experiences for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

About Our Nursery

Located in Loudwater, our warm and welcoming 85-place day nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years across 5 age-specific rooms, from Babies through to Preschool. Our nursery provides a calming environment for both children and staff, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery including a nearby river walkway - perfect for a relaxing lunch break. Staff and children also enjoy seeing and feeding the ducks in the local area.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
