Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries in Epsom is seeking an Early Years Educator to support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children. You will contribute to a welcoming, high-quality learning environment and be part of the Busy Bees Bee Curious curriculum.

The role involves planning activities, supporting a Key Person approach, and tracking progress through observations. Experience with under-5s and strong communication are important.

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
