Busy Bees is the UK's leading nursery group, inviting an Early Years Educator to shape development across our Busy Bees Hammersmith Ravenscourt setting. You will help deliver the Bee Curious curriculum and create engaging spaces where children can learn through play.

You will plan activities, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and develop strong partnerships with families as a Key Person, with clear opportunities for professional growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Hammersmith Ravenscourt, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 117 children and provides an excellent nursery setting where children are nurtured in a space designed for play, learning, and exploration.
