Job summary

NurseriesAndSchools.org is partnering with a growing bilingual French nursery in London to hire a Nursery Practitioner on a full-time permanent basis. Location: Hammersmith, W6.

You will create an environment where children's individual needs are met, support the management team to provide high-quality childcare, and act as a role model following EYFS guidelines. Hours are 40 per week, with a competitive salary of £27,000 to £30,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 and above in Early Years.
• Experience in a nursery setting.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement EYFS in daily practice.
• Engage with room development plans and Ofsted requirements.
• Act as a key-person, observing, planning and recording development.
• Support the Room Leader and contribute to nursery initiatives.
• Respond to parent queries professionally.
• Adhere to safeguarding and audits standards.
• Ensure high-quality childcare and meet individual children's needs.
