Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking passionate Nursery Practitioners to support a range of nurseries across Bournemouth and surrounding areas. Flexible hours are available to suit different schedules, including Full Day, Afternoon and Morning shifts.

In this role you will provide high-quality care, plan engaging activities and support children's development in a safe, nurturing environment. You will work with nursery teams, parents and carers to help children thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
• Early Years qualification or willingness to be considered based on experience.
• Warm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understand safeguarding and children's welfare.
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support for children in an early years setting.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities.
• Encourage learning through play and exploration.
