Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking Nursery Practitioners to join nurseries across Bournemouth and Ringwood. You will play a key role in supporting children's learning through play, helping them gain confidence and independence, and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

We offer flexible full-time and part-time placements with ongoing consultant support. Available shifts include 8:00am-6:00pm, 8:00am-2:00pm, and 12:00pm-6:00pm, with opportunities to develop through training and career

Qualifications

• A caring and patient approach.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous nursery or childcare experience is desirable.
• Relevant childcare qualifications are an advantage.
