Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification, or equivalent, or at least 6 months of Early Years experience.
• Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
• Experience supporting children through play-based learning and small group activities.
• Willingness to promote independence and build positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Help develop engaging continuous provision and lead small group activities.
• Encourage progress towards the Early Learning Goals (ELGs).
• Support children's daily routines, including personal care and independence.

Level 2 Childcare qualification

Level 3 Childcare qualification

Equivalent qualification
