Action Staffing LTD is seeking a Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) for a setting on Minniecroft Road in Burnham, Slough (SL1). The role focuses on delivering high-quality childcare in line with EYFS, planning engaging activities, and acting as a Key Person to monitor progress and update journals.

You will maintain safeguarding standards, support a safe environment, and nurture strong communication with parents and carers.

• Qualifications as Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator.

We are looking for warm, enthusiastic, and qualified Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educators to join our friendly team at our setting on Minniecroft Road in Burnham, Slough (SL1). In this role, you will help create a fun, secure, and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality childcare and early education in line with the EYFS framework.

Planning and implementing creative, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and support early development.

Acting as a Key Person: monitoring individual child progress, tracking milestones, and updating learning journals.

Salary & Contract:

Pay: From National Minimum Wage up to £26,000 per annum (dependent on qualification level and experience).
