Job summary

Action Staffing LTD is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) to join our friendly team at Minniecroft Road, Burnham, Slough (SL1). You will help create a fun, secure and stimulating environment where children can thrive, learn and grow.

You will deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS, plan hands-on activities, act as Key Person, monitor progress, and keep learning journals.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
• Delivering high-quality childcare in line with the EYFS framework.
• Planning and implementing creative, hands-on activities to support development.
• Acting as a Key Person: monitoring progress, tracking milestones, updating journals.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, safeguarding-focused environment.
• Building strong partnerships with parents through regular communication.

Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator (Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified)

Salary & Contract

• Pay: From National Minimum Wage up to £26,000 per annum (dependent on qualification level and experience).
