Action Staffing LTD is seeking a Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator (Level 2 or Level 3 qualified) for a setting on Minniecroft Road in Burnham, Slough (SL1). The role focuses on delivering high-quality childcare in line with EYFS, planning engaging activities, and acting as a Key Person to monitor progress and update journals.

You will maintain safeguarding standards, support a safe environment, and nurture strong communication with parents and carers.

Formación

• Qualifications as Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality childcare and early education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and implement creative, hands-on activities that spark curiosity and support early development.
• Act as a Key Person: monitor individual child progress, track milestones, and update learning journals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and safeguarding-focused environment at all times.
• Build strong, warm partnerships with parents and carers through regular, friendly communication.
