Job summary

Grandir UK in Surbiton, London, is seeking a caring Nursery Practitioner. Earn a £1,000 welcome bonus and join a team dedicated to outstanding early years education and child development. Salary is £12.71–£14.62 per hour, with regular pay reviews and strong benefit programs.

You will support and inspire children, promote high standards of care, and work with a friendly team to deliver EYFS-aligned activities and learning experiences in a Home-from-Home environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practiceand provision in the nurserymeets the requirements of the EYFS
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

What will you be doing
