Our Kiddi Caru Nursery in Park Gate, Southampton, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You’ll be working to care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

What will you be doing:

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
• Provide rich and stimulating experiences suitable for children’s age and development
• Support children’s activities
• Maintain effective day-to-day management in the absence of the Team/Room Leader
• Ensure practice meets the Early Years Foundation Stage standards
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff
