Job Opportunity: Nursery Practitioner

Our Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Rushden, part of Grandir UK, is seeking a Nursery Practitioner with Level 2 or above in Early Years to join our team. You will be caring for children, supporting their development, sharing stories, and ensuring they have fun while meeting their needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote high standards of quality in the environment, resources, and experiences for children
• Take on key carer responsibilities for designated children

• Support and prepare children's activities
• Maintain effective daily management of the environment in the absence of the Team/Room Leader
• Ensure practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to deliver high-quality childcare
