A brand-new Allscreens Nationwide Ltd nursery in the United Kingdom is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly, dedicated team. This full-time role focuses on providing high-quality care and education for children aged three months to five years, with EYFS-aligned planning and a nurture-first approach.

The setting emphasizes outdoor learning, independence, and strong partnerships with families, all within a warm, home-from-home environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an early years setting required.
• Experience with children across the full age range (babies to pre-school).
• Strong caring and nurturing approach with a passion for early years education.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and education for children within your room.
• Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities in line with EYFS.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Encouraging outdoor play and helping children explore and learn through nature.
• Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s development.
• Ensuring safeguarding and Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.

Experience working in an early years setting – essential

Experience working with children across the full age range from babies to pre-school
