Job summary

Reactive Recruitment are partnering with a trusted nursery and pre-school group across Bromley. They seek Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners to cover sites in Bromley and surrounding areas.

Full-time 40 hours (4 or 5 days) or part-time 20-25 hours per week, with a strong induction and clear progression path. To be considered you must hold Level 2/3 Early Years qualification, excellent communication, and good organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a full and relevant Early Years Childcare Qualification Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Provide outstanding customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to create a home-from-home environment for children.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Model best practice in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Support the Room Leader to ensure high standards of Early Years care and Education.

Nursery Practitioner, Bromley (various areas)

Reactive Recruitment are working with a highly regarded and reputable nursery and pre-school group with over 50 sites across the England. Due to growth, our client seek a number of Level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioners to work in their sites across Bromley.

Nursery Practitioner package/hours:

• Hourly rates range from £#removed# per hour depending on qualification and experience
• Working from one of their inspiring Bromley sites
• Full-time 40 hours per week (choice of 4 or 5 days)
• Part-time 20-25 hours per week
